Grand Lion Tours (Pty) Ltd is a tour operator and agent for various third-party suppliers, such as hotels, tour operators, and activity providers.
While every effort is made by Grand Lion Tours (Pty) Ltd, its personnel, third-party suppliers, and/or agents to deliver exceptional service, neither Grand Lion Tours (Pty) Ltd nor its personnel shall be held liable for any loss or damages, whether to property or persons. By reading these terms and conditions, clients acknowledge being informed of the inherent risks and indemnify Grand Lion Tours (Pty) Ltd against any such claim.
Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a deposit and signature of our booking form. Grand Lion Tours (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel bookings if the required deposit and booking form are not received.
Grand Lion Tours (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel or alter tours, itineraries, travel arrangements, or similar, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Grand Lion Tours (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage associated with such alterations or cancellations. However, efforts will be made to inform clients of any changes before departure.
All alterations and/or cancellations at the client’s request may incur administrative charges and/or cancellation fees. If Grand Lion Tours (Pty) Ltd acts as an agent for any third-party supplier, additional administrative charges and/or cancellation fees by such third-party suppliers may apply, payable directly to Grand Lion Tours (Pty) Ltd.
All alterations and/or cancellations will only be considered if in writing. Any on-route alterations or cancellations must be communicated directly with Grand Lion Tours (Pty) Ltd.
Cancellation fees will apply if: a. thirty (30) days or more before the scheduled date, the fee is 25% of the booking value. b. twenty-one (21) days or more before the scheduled date, the fee is 50% of the booking value. c. eight (8) days or more before the scheduled date, the fee is 75% of the booking value. d. 7 days or less before the scheduled date, the fee is 100% of the booking value.
No refunds will be considered for “no-shows,” unused services, or any portion thereof, regardless of whether they are part of the basic tour price or a pre-booked arrangement.
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain insurance coverage for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accidents, and loss or damage to personal property.
